Scam or fraud: ICICI — Unauthorized Auto debit charges in credit card

Hi,

In my ICICI credit card, I made two purchases in the month of July’16 for Rs.18610/- in an emi. I have also purchased others which was not converted into emi of Rs. 3496/-.

I missed payment for two months, but till date I have been charged a total of Rs.3730/- as late payment charges.

but the totally unacceptable point is i have also been charged auto debit return fee, the option which i dint select only. the auto debit return fee of Rs. 12180.

Though I missed two months payment, Last month I have paid Rs. 6500/- and this month I have paid Rs. 6400/-.

And the statement still shows I have to pay Rs.14000/-.

Please let me know me know how to resolve this. All the charges I have mentioned are without interest. They also Put, VAT, service charge and interest.

Yesterday I booked an OLA cab on sharing from gurudusaray road Kolkata to howarah railway station. The cab driver intimated me that I should check with OLA customer care because I have to take the ride and pay RS 483 which are very exorbitant and had I booked a full taxi the rates at that time should never exceed RS 200 for the entire ride. I called OLA customer care, who intimated that she can’t do anything in the matter and refused to even lodge a complaint or talk to their superiors. My advice to all, never book an OLA cab because lately they are resorting to malafied business tactics.

I have booked two plot of land & two shops in Vidyasagar Nagar project developed by Hahnemann Housing Development (P) Ltd. on March’2013 through Mr. Mohan Karan, an agent of the said company by way of 20% amount in advance and the rest portion through EMI for 3 years. As per agreement I have continued the EMI up to Nov’2014. In this way I have already invested around Rs.6.00 Lacs. As per agreement I have submitted all the original documents to the Company on Apr’16 for refund of my investment. Despite several followup the company did not refund my investment till date. Even one of the director of the company Sri Lalidas Mukherjee Promised to refund the money in the first week of Dec’16. In this way I have been deceived by the company. I am K.R.Aravind and my tatasky subscription id 1018504850 and a platinum member for more than 6 years.I have already complained about the non functioning of my set of box from 21/12/12’through online, phone, facebook and even by twitter. But they dont take care in satisfying customer. They havnt sent any technician for the repair so far.
Iam regularly paying the highest maximum subscription amount every year as a platinum member.

My car number is MH 14 FM 6706.MOB 7722034103.i did servicing at my car, maruti suzuki wakad pune.its almost 1 month.since 1st day of servicing 1 major noice arose when racing.and my car tape slot also damaged badly.i report this on very first day.they just call and send 1 person.he first denied about issue.then he agree on that and refused to take my wagon r car to his my car showroom.
my car is just 6 months old.its now showing very serious problem.i did not get satisfactory respons.please help me to fix this issue

TataCliq.com has listed lowest price of Acer Aspire E5-573 over their website on 22 DEC’2016. I purchased that particular laptop on same day and made the payment through net-banking. But they had dispatched wrong product (wireless router) instead of the laptop.

When I raised this concern to them, they told me that due to some technical issue the price was listed erroneously. Hence they can’t provide the actual product.

Even I’ve told them several times regarding refund but yet I didn’t get my refund too.

I am using this 9841396860 more than 12 years.

Still you have blocked my out going calls, Is this the way you treat us so far from october month.

We are highly disappointed with service provided by aircel.

Raising a service 1-25463894531 and (ERN-2596364-HMMCBZ) not following up a simple process is this the objectives that you following up in ur correspodning department.

As clearly mentioned below

This is Shahul hameed regarding my aircel # 9841396860 migration from Postpaid to Prepaid.

I have already visited veperry Aircel branch and paid all my dues, outstanding including 10 days extra charges around 730/- rupees on 13/10/2016 to migrate from postpaid to prepaid but last month
i received bill to pay so again on 26/11/2016 i re-visited veperry brach and complained.

On 28/11/2016 i received call from Mr.Tamil from retention team in spencers brach chennai.

As discussed with him on phone call 9884776641 (call recorded)

Mr Tamil promised that he will reverse(waive off) all the charges and proceed to change 9841396860 from
postpaid to prepaid within 72 working hrs.

02/12/2016 My outgoing call barred.

As discussed can you reverse all the charges and immediately change my 9841396860 from postpaid
to prepaid.

MORE THAN 5 TIMES I TOLD AIRCEL EXEXUTIVE TO CHECK MY HISTORY AND CALL ME.
BUT NONT OF THE EMPLOYEE LISTENS ME AND TELLING ME THEY WILL CALL ME IN NEXT FIVE MINUTES AFTER GONE THROUGH MY HISTORY. SO FAR NO CALL BACK FROM AIRCEL EXECUTIVES AFTER THEIR FIVE MINUTES BUFFER TIME TO CHECK MY HISTORY.

I FEEL ASAHAME OF BEING A AIRCEL CUSTOMER MORE THAN 12 YEARS.

I have also recorded aircel customer care calls, i am maintaining my decency.
Cannot your company just keep up your word ???
