Dear sir/ madam,

Complaint: we have placed this order on 22/12/2016 which got delieverd on 27/12/2016 but mi power banks which we have received is defective as it is not working as per its specification.

Mobile phone is not getting charged even though power bank is fully charged.

I called up frequently on customer care number but no one is receiving calls. I am very disappointed with the kind of service received so i request you to refund the amount rs.799 asap in my account through which i have made the payment.

I had placed the order on 25th December morning and requested for order cancellation at 15:35 Hrs that same day. I was told the order would be canceled with immediate effect but the same was not taken care of and I received an email which said the order cannot be canceled. Why was this request not placed immediately?
I called again on 27th December 00:47 Hrs for re-request the order cancellation and was assured the cancellation will be taken care of by the customer care executive but I got another email which said the order cannot be canceled as it has already been shipped.
I do not understand why the order cancellation is such a hassle for such a big firm like Amazon.
This order is a gift for the person at the delivery address and this gift should not be given any longer which is why the request for cancellation. It is disappointing if the firm cannot complete such a small request which should be part of its operations. Request you to re-look into the matter and ensure the order is not delivered to the address mentioned.

Everytime i call on customer care they are more interested for new customer rather than existing.Customer executive dont even have proper information about company.

sir,
I received this spectacle on time, and after unboxing i found a bend on the temples of frame and i didnt took it as seroius as usuall(iam buying the same product for 2nd time as the first product was tottaly defective). Atfer that i went to “eye wear shop” to get my lens with approciate power suggested by the doctor. After that i went to home and within a short period of time, i was affected by “severe headache” and my whole day had wasted on this headache.the next day i went to hospital for reporting the above problem and the doctor checked my spectales and told me that you should totally change the spectales to recover from headache and she also added that it is due to #BEND IN THE TEMPLES OF SPECTACLES. and i placed the request for refund and its underprocessing on snapdeal. But as i bought a new LENS for this frame which was totally waste for me
so, the rate of lens is rs350. So i request you provide me the rs350 as compensation along with the return of the product.

I have received cheque of Rs 3000/- vied cheque No.- 248642 dt. 08/11/2016. I have deposited Rs 5200/- as process money
for Loan. Bank has denied for providing the Loan, So My Money is Rs 5200/- to be refunded.
Without any Loan why my process money is being deducted of Rs 2200/-.
Bank has denied for sanctioning Loan to me, Why I will bear the charges of Rs 2200/- for this without my fault.
So please refund me Rs 2200/-

Deposited an amount of rs.3400/- on 23/04/2014 iny my daughter, samreen akhtar ppf a/c. No.31443 with united bank of india, calcutta branch, kolkata – 70001. There is an error in mentioning the ppf a/c. No. As 31448 instead of 31443.
In spite of several letter and visit the bank has yet credit the amount in the aforesaid ppf a/c. They said the amount goes to their head office and take time to credit. But inspite of 2 years elapsed no result come.
Should i get the amount back or bank will take the amount in their pocket.

I have no clue as to where my money has gone although i have booked through the official website of cinepolisindia.com.

I already many times to call on 8888888888 this number for deactivating my account but it’s now activated.. and deducted money from my bank account.. I request to you I don’t want your service.. please delete or deactivate my Sairaj Transport & Tours account from your website.. and stop sending ECS to my bank.
I want your confirmation for deactivating or deleting my account from just dial and in future never came any ECS from you.. I don’t want any ECS or deductions from just dial.

Scam or fraud: Ferns N Petals — Cancellation of order and non receipt of refund

It is very disappointing to receive such pathetic service from ferns and petals.
I had booked a bouquet online on 2nd dec, 16 to be delivered in the time slot 12pm to 3 pm.
When i called to enquire at 3.30 pm asking why the bouquet was still not delivered to the recipient, i was told that they have an issue with the vendor and that the bouquet cannot be delivered, else it can be delivered between 6 pm to 9 pm. When i questioned who has given them the authority to change the delivery time, they had no answer.
What’s the point in delivering the bouquet after the recipient has already left.
I was told that the order would be cancelled and the refund would be initiated and i would receive the credit within 7-8 days.
I called up customer care to check on the status since my bank account was not reflecting the refund. And was shocked to know that till date the refund is not even initiated, forget the credit. It has been 14 days now and the refund is still not even initiated.
The supervisor did not have the time to attend the call when i requested to speak to a senior personnel.
I am very annoyed with this type of service. The very purpose of booking the bouquet was lost. It is not about the refund but the experience that i was left with!!!
It’s been almost a month but i haven’t received any revert on the mail, neither have i received refund.
For sure, this would be my last visit to ferns and petals website. I would never ever recommend it to anyone.
