My phone doses not give me any notification of the messages I receive in what’s app hike messenger insta and rest other also it doesn’t support app lock by application such as app lock vault cm security. I have been facing this problem since I bought it in the month of July. I contacted the customer helpline but still they didn’t come up with proper prosedure to fix it. Please help Asap

This is my 4th complaint as my previous complaints were marked as resolved without providing solution.
Please provide me the same numner which was deactivated from your end without prior notice as all my govt proof and everything has that particular number.

I have been using airtel number (725xxxxxxx) for past few years. Till yesterday the card was working fine but today morning its showing as sim is not activated and card is not provisioned.
All my accounts are linked with this number and am not able to do anything. I got this number in bangalore and last week moved to pune.
I cant call customer care as the sim is deactivated. And when i call from other numbers i am being asked to call from karnataka number or 9845098450 but when i call the second number the representatives didnt provide any support and they said they deactivated as their database is not updated. Because their database is not updated how can they deactivated my simcard. Now am not able to access any of my bank account because of their negligance.
When they are not concerned about customers then why are they providing fake service.

I need some action to be taken asap.

I have been following up but there is no response..

I have submitted the required docs as mentioned in marathalli airtel showroom but i didnt get the simcard. I even dropped a mail to airrel presence airtelpresence@in. Airtel.com but i didnt get even a single response. I dont have any bangalore number here to call the customer care in bangalore now am in the middle of no where.. It seems just for a name sake i got a reply..

Later if i called airtel i will get a response that airtel database has not been updated that i have submitted the documents.. And thhe complaint has been marked as resolved without any solution

this got temp blocked as the payment was not paid on time.
the instalment got deducted, when the funds are made available.

Now I would like to use the card.

let me know, how it will be activated. and what is the amount of loan I can get from this card.

I need to increase the limit to 1 lac, what is to be done for this.

Hi .Actually today I did shopping on their site under order no 57391 but unfortunately during transction first time it showed transction failed & next time it was sucessful but they charged me during both transctions. Kindly tell me what is the procedure to get my amount back as I called customer care they are not responding.

They took full advance payment of rs.21770 from credit card for a single cctv camera on 12/12/2016 and promised to install it the next day. I kept calling the whole of the next day without any reply on when installation will happen. They gave me a schedule only after i threatened to cancel the transaction and that schedule also they were not able to follow. Finally i cancelled the transaction and have written to their centralized customer care for a refund. It is almost ten days now and i am yet to get refund. They keep transferring me to some other department – from customer care to shopping and then to some other ‘unknown department’. Nobody has contacted me from this ‘unknown department’ where they claim that my complaint has been escalated. I want to approach customer court for my money.

I recently ordered a ps3 from quikr. Ad id is 284040438 and payment id is 5000531222 .

I received the product yesterday evening delivered by delivery courier and outer box was damaged. i thought product will be bubble wrapped inside and there will no damage to product. but when i opened the box, product was not bubble wrapped and product was damaged near the power button. It’s controller was also damaged a little.

I also have sold few items on quikr and they use to bubble wrapped every product. Why didn’t they use bubble wrapper for this item.

Due to poor packaging by the quikr and poor handling by delivery person finally it got damaged in transit. I have attached the pics and I would like to return this product. I don’t want this damaged product.

Dear sir,
My name is P.Raman, and i am using the reliance gsm prepaid karnataka mobile no. 9590884324 for the past 4 years. i have shifted to chennai in june 2015 and from that i am continuing using it with special recharge for roaming RC47.
On 24th dec 2016 i received a message from reliance that if u recharge using plan 501 before 30th dec all outgoing calls to any network in india is free for 100 days and 1 gb data.
As i am in chennai i made a call to the customer care using 198 service around 8 pm and enquired about the plan. the guy spoke told that so and so i s the plan and when i asked him whether could be used in roaming, he is not clear and told to check myself.
So again i called the customer care and clearly told him that i am in chennai and in roaming and using the sim and asked whether if i will recharge will 501 plan the outgoing calls will be free or not.
he told no problem, i could use it anywhere and i will get the outgoing call free benefit.
So i made a recharge of 501 around 8.30 pm and when i made call to my friend the balance started to cut from my main balance.

So in next day morning i called the customer care again and miss reshma begam spoke and told first the outgoing will not be free during roaming. then i informed that the guy previous night told. she told okay she will correct it and money will not be deducted.

Again i tried to make call to my friend again money got deducted from the main balance. so again i called her and she told no outgoing calls are not free and only incoming free during roaming.

i told i want solution for that she told she will connect with the higher official and transferred after 15 min also no one took the call. this happened two times and then i chatted with the customer care live chat service with nisha, she told only apology for the inconvenience caused and the action will be taken on the customer care service person.

i told her that i want the refund to my mobikwik account from which i recharged or you give the equivalent talk time value for 500 rs, as i could not use the plan and due to wrong guidance of the customer care i had recharged. she told the service request no 253082198 is registered and within 48 hrs the request will be solved.

After 48 hrs nothing happened. i again chatted today 28.12.16 then also again same story of apology and strict action on customer care person. i want the monetary benefit, i cannot loss 500 rs due to their negligence. she didnt agree. so i am complaining here.

i want the solution of refund of 501 to my account or providing of the 500 rs talk time to my account. i something to be cut for the 4 days usage of plan also no problem on pro rata basis the balance to be refunded

Hi,

I have ordered a red colored carpet from paytm #order : . The product delivered not of adequate quality so I raised a return request the very next day of receiving the product. A courier person came to collect the return pickup and since the size of product was big so he didn’t took it saying that he was on a two wheeler and cannot carry.Later after two days another person came with same issue and he also did not took the product and cancelled the return request. Now, paytm is not responding to my concerns stating that seller can accept return within 7 days of delivery. I am not able to contact and customer support as everything is on IVR and neither anyone for paytm is calling me to resolve this.
