I have ordered a red colored carpet from paytm #order : . The product delivered not of adequate quality so I raised a return request the very next day of receiving the product. A courier person came to collect the return pickup and since the size of product was big so he didn’t took it saying that he was on a two wheeler and cannot carry.Later after two days another person came with same issue and he also did not took the product and cancelled the return request. Now, paytm is not responding to my concerns stating that seller can accept return within 7 days of delivery. I am not able to contact and customer support as everything is on IVR and neither anyone for paytm is calling me to resolve this.
