I made a booking for a trip. I tried uploading the license to their app and their interface was not allowing me to. Next day my booking was automatically canceled. So, I called their customer service, first of all, it’s so difficult to reach their customer representative as their automated call feature is pathetic and keeps directing me to the same option again and again. So, I had to try all the possible combinations to get to talk to their representative.
The representative was so rude that he denied completely that there couldn’t have been any problem with their system. When I said that please explain why would I pay rs 16000 and not upload my license. I said I don’t want the refund, I want my booking to continue. He disconnected the phone.
