I have purchased my bike (Yamaha AS RR) as on 2015.
But I have received faulty bike. We have facing only 1 problem since while purchase bike ( SZ RR ), also still not resolved my problems from our bike service provider’s.i have complaining regularly but it’s not done from our side all the workers and also service provider’s are layer and unprofessional.
They did not mine customer complents and satisfaction, they are working for salary only in pcmc Pune.
I have complaining since last 3 years regularly to Kamala Yamaha ( Pimpri, pune), but finally Kamala yamaha sells and services has been closed as in last year and New sellers are opened our showroom in there and also all staff is regularly moved from Kamala Yamaha to New dealer, not only me all customer are erected to all staff.
I requesting you that please resolve my problems or suggest also please please and please remove all staff from there for good customer satisfaction and services.
