Complaint Details:
My mobile was slipped in water and after that I took my mobile and went near mi service center at KPHB Road no.1, Hyderabad. They had charged me 120 rupees just to verify my mobile condition and said every part is logged with water and not working. Total cost for repair is 5400 Rupees. My new mobile cost itself 6000 rupees and they asked 5400 rupees for repair. Then I went to near mobile shop, they took 250 rupees to verify the condition of my mobile and said connector to touch pad is disconnected. They adjusted and it’s working normally now.
The technician who taken mobile for verification at service center disconnected the connector to touch and he told the total charge for repair is 5400 repuees
