I have receive my TV screen broken. I raised the complaint WOIN[protected]. I didn’t receive any call /sms/email from them. When I contact customer support they don’t have any answer regarding the status. The only answer I got is “please be patience”. Every day they are telling backend team will call me in 24 hours. But they never called me to update the status.
I don’t have option also to track the status. There is no escalation matrix for MI.
