Value added services are activated without subscriber’s consent and no amount is refunded against complaints to the company office. Deactivation through SMS is also barred. Poorly ineffective process of consumer’s redressal.
Issue is not resolved within at least 48 hours of lodging complaint.
No useful information was provided regarding the issue, swaying it as:
“The servers are currently down.”
Moreover, no help was available for mobile numbers outside their operating circle.
