Scam or fraud: Uber India — non-response after booking of car

Complaint Details:

I requested for your Car in the morning today at about 7=45AM. The car did not report. I could not establish contact with him.
Subsequently, I availed of a second car after re-booking. I was charged a cancellation charge of about Rs. 47.00, which I had to pay due to no fault on my part. I did not cancel the first requisition. THE CAR DID NOT REPORT.

Please check and do the needful.
