Description of incident : -We had couriered Rakhee from Mumbai by Trackon couriers on 18th Aug and it reached Bangalore on 21st Aug. They were suppose to deliver it by 22nd AUG. But the Rakhee is still not delivered. On checking with them their managers were very rude and was not taking any responsibilities. request you to please resolve this issue and get the Courier delivered urgently.
