I had bought a Titan Edge Watch Model No. NH679SL01 at Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad Titan Show room in the month of November 2017. Till today I had to give it for repair 3 times at KPHB Colony Titan showroom. Every time they keep the watch for a week or so and then tell me that the problem is resolved. But the same problem (watch getting slow) keeps coming up after a month or so.
Now also I have given it in the same show room on[protected] and as on today they have not called me to take my watch. I had requested them to replace the watch for which they had refused. I have been contacting your customer care on the Toll free number[protected], i think i had given more than 3 calls. They say that they are escalating the call, but i have not got any response till now. Kindly arrange for refund
