Last month I had relocate my tatasky dish paying Rs 500. This month due to cyclone my dish direction got changed and I lodge complain for that I was informed that the same is covered under warranty hence there would be no deduction.
However it take about a week to rectify the problem and account has been debited by Rs 300 for that because the warranty period was lapsed due to the delay .
The delay was only from yours end, and I have suffer for that and again yours debited my account due to yours fault only.
I hope my account would be adjusted by today only,
