Complaint Details:
On 9.11.16 we went to relatives function & my home door locked. Reading person came & put approx unit consumed i.e., 130 unit(150-280). Becz of this less unit this month reading crossed above 500 i.e., 510 units (280-790).so I raised complain in TANGEDCO portal. Then they inspect my home and revert as reading taken was correct. But my complaint is on that day reading was not taken byvEB person put approx unit. As per rule if a door locked they has to put previous month reading. Pl do the needful my SC 02005006124
