Scam or fraud: Taj Inner Circle — inner circle membership

Complaint Details:
Self recently stayed at Taj Mahal /Tower Palace in Sept 2018 and had all Meals at their Restaurants inside and understand from Inner Circle Team that 50% Points will not be credited and only 25% will be credited just because Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast Bill was paid at the time of check out and not at the restaurant directly.
Neither Inner Circle team nor Hotel Reception Manager bother to inform us at the Time of Booking. Eligible Points not credited because all Bills paid directly while checking out sounds illogical, unreasonable and purely a gimmick to cheat customers. Similar was the experience at the time of Membership renewal, after payment was made, Inner Circle rep did not bother to follow up and resolve our queries and self had to call up several times to know the outcome of self’s query. Complete unprofessional approach and not worth it.
