Dear sir, I have chosen svkdt travels for my journey from Bangalore to ongole on 30/5/18 during the time of journey I have faced problem I.e, uncomfortable with staff behavior. The problem was due to the cold climate in and out of the bus I was hurried with urination and I requested bus driver to stop a bus for couple of minutes he stopped the bus but with “Hesitation” while getting down there was a staff person sleeping on the walking path I thought of not to disturb his sleep so I jumped into the seat which was beside of the door and it is unoccupied at the same the driver started shouting on me like ” why did you jumped into the seat it will become dirty “. Sir, I knew the maintainance of the seat if it becomes dirty we can clean it but if u people hurt the feelings of passenger they wont turn up back we are in a country where hospitality is prioritized atleast train your staff ” how to treat a customer” next time onwards I won’t choose ur travels “Even though the ticket fare comes for free” I won’t even suggest to my friends . Thank you.
