Scam or fraud: Sun Direct — not attending the complaint in time

Complaint Details:

I have renewed the subscription for yearly, by paying Rs.3600/- in cash, since they were not accepting the cheque.

Since the date of payment, we are getting NO SIGNAL. Complaint has already been lodged vide reference SR[protected], which is yet to be attended. However, i am receiving the SMS as RESOLVED, which is rediculous.

Most of the channels are not to be seen. Only one channel, i.e., SUNTV is accessible.
