Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Regarding refund

Complaint Details:
I am still waiting for my refundable money, while i had returned the product on August 2016. I also attached the courier receipt on snapdeal panel. But still, I didn’t get my money back. And the product “Dr. Gene Accusure Glucose Monitor with 10 Strips” I purchased was too poor and not working properly. I followed all the returned and refund policy of snapdeal, but why snapdeal is not refunding my money back till now. Really it is a very bad service of snapdeal.
