Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Defected product

Complaint Details:
I bought Portronics pandora S on 7th nov 2016. which I recieved on 10th Nov. 2016 for which I request a return on 11th Nov. 2016. Snapdeal executive called me and said that they have arranged a installation service for me & please wait till the time the technician reaches you. No technician reached me till now nor they have arranged a pickup for this & whenever I call snapdeal customer care number I was never able to contact customer care executive regarding this.
