Complaint Details:
I have deposited cheque of icici bank for Rs 250000 on 25 Nov 2016 early morning 02:00 IST. towards my credit card outstanding in Kamla Nagar Citibank drop box New Delhi.
Now i came to know that that ATM is no more working…If it is not working then why can’t citibank put any board or information so that we should come to know.
Its a pathetic service again by Citibank.
Cheque number : 470546 of icici bank.
Tomorrow is last date of my credit card payment and i am not responsible for that now.
