Not able to do voice call from last 02 days. logged complaint as (SR00000BLNKA). Jio customer care are just updating their ticketing tool but no resolution to me. even I spoke with customer care but giving false answer like ” our team had contacted you but however I didn`t received any call. when I tell them, i want to discuss with team leader or manager but they are not ready to transfer call or give me their no. or mail id. i don`t know further for how many days i am would be suffering. i need some one whom i can discuss and escalate.
