Complaint Details:
I had purchased the micromax 49 inch tv. The tv is not working from last 20 days. They are not providing any service nor they are sending standby tv.Instead of providing service they are sending me message your complaint has been resolved. How the hell can they send me message like that. They are sending to give better report for complaint resolve. I want the CEO to justify this. I want the standby tv by today.
