I have a complaint against a digital express store nearby our locality. They are carrying out the activities as per their choice. A week before we visited the store to get jio sim but inspite of having the sim they postponed it to the next day.
This is the case since last 2-3 months since jio is available at digital express.
Today 25th december also I visited the store, they said that we on our willingness have decided not to distribute the sim today.they don’t treat the customer properly.moreover there was no coordination among the two.One postponed it to monday, while the other to tuesday.
After contacting other stores i came to know that they were distributing the sim, and the distribution isn’t stopped officially.
Does all this seems good, they can take decisions as they wish.
