My CDMA number 9371639160 is in RALUMS plan. Last bill for this number is Rs.6183 out of which Rs.5169 are for Data charges but as per my plan their are no charges for data.(Average bill of last six months is Rs.200).
Mobile tariff plan for the number 9371639160 changed without any intimation and no calls or SMS received when amount crossed credit limit.
RALUMS plan is for Employees working with the Reliance communications. I am still working with the company as a Network O&M engineer.
My Outgoing/Incoming services are bared due to non-payment. Reliance Customer care not responding for waiver, Unable to upgrade to 4G due to pending bills.
Now our legal team is sending me legal notice to pay pending dues but nobody is ready to clear the billing issue.
