Dear sir
I Bikash Agarwal having using ur service from more than 6 month and my bill has been regularly paid but from 16 Nov 2016 my plan has been changed from 604 Jalsa plan to some 299 plan for which I have no product knowledge .
And for which I am felling harassed
I have been sending mail from pankajagarwal757@gmail.com to rtlappellateauthority.orissa
They have respond me once and said me they will help me out regarding the matter but after dropping 3 to 4 mails they are cooperating.
U are my last hope plz help me out.
