Scam or fraud: Reliance Communications — behaviour of staff

Hi, i’m one of customer of your company..last month i wanted to transfer my card from postpaid to prepaid at that i was told that i have to clear last bill to do so…so i made the payement at idea store..and in addition to that i was inform that i need to pay 1 or 2 day bill after 1 month…but yesterday i got call from [protected].. informing that ineed to pay 500 rs more as my pending bill..i was shocked as i already cleared my debts last month ..i asked her to give me time to check with the store person she told ok till 24hr(working hour) your card will not be i got message from the company that at 4 mycard will be disconnected..then again i called her..and inspite of giving me proper answer she answered very arrogantly… and talked n abusive manner …i can provide you with the no. [protected]..please if u can teach her some manner that will be better from your company…
