I was using Tapzo app to order food. It happened 3-4 times with me that my payment was successful but App shows it failed.
Order couldn’t be placed and payment deducted.
I got some refunded previously but on 16-May-2018, I ordered food of rs 115 which was deducted successfully from my bank account.
I wrote to them on same day however didn’t get any response from last 3 days even didn’t get any auto response email.
I don’t know they will refund my money or not but requesting all of you please don’t use this application.
They are fraud.
