Complaint Details:
I first placed order from the app with mobile number of [protected],
Got rejected due to server issue, money was devoted twice .
Then I ordered over phone, where in the contact person suggested the outlet and post that after 45 mins I got a call from Fun republic outlet that they well not deliver .
What took them so long to decide that it’s too far ?
Wasted my money first then Time …
What kind of service is this ?
The call center is in some distance location, and outlet .
Pathetic service
