Complaint Details:
I was trying to place an order on 17/12/2016 at 8:18 pm. Order amount was rs 277.5/-. I paid thus amount with my payzapp account with transaction ID 9GSHDZ. Payment was successful from payzapp but my order was not confirmed from pizzahut. I requested to pizzahut over phone on same day to refund the amount but I have not received any amount from pizzahut till date.
You are requested to please initiate my refund in urgent basis. My registered number is 7042403086.
