On 13th December, I ordered from Swiggy Order #1074336393 and paid using PayTM (registered mailid: email@example.com)
Rs. 149 got deducted from my PayTM Walllet, but didn’t reach Swiggy.
I was told that I will get refund in 1-2 days, but it is more that 15 days now and have not got refund.
I have raised complaints via tha App against the order, but have got useless reply on my email – saying that if Swiggy has a paytm wallet, then only it will get transferred else it would be reverted to my account. Swiggy is a company – a food ordering app – and they have tie up with PayTM to take money – why won’t they have an account with PayTM!
Please refund my amount at the earliest and don’t cheat like this of give lame responses.
