Complaint Details:
This complaint is in regard to the Patanjali Chyavanprash sold to me by a Reliance Fresh outlet in Nacharam. The product was bought two weeks ago and opened recently. I found the taste of the product was burnt and clearly did not match with the taste of all the Chyavanprash bottles that I have bought previously. I am sending you email to avail of my rights as a consumer granted to me by the Consumer Protection Act operative in India. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a remedy at the earliest.
