Complaint Details:
I had purhase garments worth Rs.7699.00 from your Asansol counter and eligible for grand gift.That day the gift was not available so they assured that they will inform when the gift will be available with them, but sorry to say till date the same has not received .I have call several times.Last two days they are not respond the phone call.You are requested kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the gift so that we can get the same.
