Complaint Details:
All sales member makiing fool to customer ..when the person book the package nobody can pick the phone and service is very poor..in my honeymoon package a cake and bed decoration is include but not present in hotel room.when I pay full amount they people change suddenly my hotel without any per information.the also change my pickup point and I pay additional cost
