Complaint Details:
My phone was damaged 2 to 3 days before, and i submitted the complained to our office immediately but no one pick my phone as on date. Now how many days you want to repair my mobile phone.
Kindly, please note that after the period you mentioned in the terms of conditions at the time of purchasing your insurance i.e. we have taken 20 – 25 days for repairing, in last i go to court.
