I have placed my request for claim on 6th november and its been almost 10 days that i have been facing the issue i.e someday description is to be changed and someday reason for not having the invoice which i have already talked to Mohd. Who is one of your associates and someday you need is cancelled cheque so still I’m facing the issue even after 10 days. Is this how you treat your customers by delaying it? This is the last week I’m waiting, if you pass my claim in this week its okay or else I’ll be free to port my number to other service providers where they atleast value their customers.
