Complaint Details:
I transferred 5000 from my wallet to bank on 16 dec bt transaction is still showing pending till now.money was deducted from my wallet bt i haven’t received it in my account. I have generated atleast 10 tickets from my app bt no response from paytmcare and also wrote mails and on fb still no response..
Let me know future course of action and refund my money asap.
