I am raising this complaint, as rent for two months Jan’18 & Feb’18 has been deducted falsely from my account.
I have purchased Wisepad G2 paying amount – INR 2950/- with a lifetime rent free plan. (Also confirmed the same with the salesperson.)
Please kindly refund the rental amount deducted from my account and also request you to update the plan associated with my account so that I can start using my device.
Once you committed to providing the lifetime rent free plan, it is unfair to discontinue the plan which was said to be a ‘Lifetime Free Plan”.
