I am ashutosh ranjan, i purchased motorola handset MOTO X PLAY in November 2015. In May 2016 my handset motherboard got damage due to bad product and the service center taken almost 50 days for repairing. Now again i faced same problem and again the service center and customer care not assure about the time for delivery and repair my handset. In a year my handset almost 3 months in service center. and they are not care about customer issue. I have a question who will responsible if my handset get again have same problem after Warranty period. Kindly change my mobile or give me compensation for damage and faulty handset.
