Scam or fraud: Mirraw Online Services — Poor service delivery

Complaint Details:
I purchased an item on the 20/10/2016. Order no. M313667468. I waited two weeks for an email with trace details and when i received none I emailed the company with my first query. I was informed that a docket was opened #70596 and a week was told it was out of stock and I will get a refund. i got an email saying the matter was resolved and the docket was closed and that the money was transferred to my account.. The money has not been transferred to my account. When I query I get the same generic response.
