Complaint Details:
I have purchased Maruti omini cargo van vehcile no. WB 03 D 0618 on 2014 from Machino Techno, Darga Road, Kolkata. I have not received smart card till date. After several complaints through telephone and by person, only thing i got is lame excuse and no fruitful result come.
I would request the authority to see in this matter, so that i can received my vehicle smart card.
