I have Waganor model 2014 LXI CNG, I got my car serviced on dec-2017 at 48000 km and next service is due on 58000 km and currently it is running in 57000 km and suddenly engine got seized and when I get it check from maruti dealer, they are saying that water enter in the engine and hence seized and they are blaming me for the damage as their is no sign of misuse of car and all services are done in the agency itself
why customer has to face this? is this your design ?
please help me to get proper justification of the problem and provide me the solution and as agency wants me buy new engine\
