Dear all, Mangal Deep Enterprises, located at Bindra Market, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, sold me a single die fully automatic machine, with a buy back (refund) offer, in buy one get one scheme. The machine was sold with 5 years warranty on motor, gear box, die etc. This machine was delivered on may 31st 2018. The trainer came explained and installed it. From then on oil started leaking from gear box and within few days it stopped working. Even before the so called training raw material could be used, and buy back agreement set into process. When the staff there were informed after much calling, they said if the gear box is sent they would replace it the same day. I believed them and sent the gear box at my own expense, via Patel road ways(booked 26th june) The transport company here said the box reached the destination and mangal deep co was informed on 4th July itself. Till today staff at mangal deep say they didn’t receive the box and not answering calls. Is this the way the company treats the customers with hollow service? Madam Aditi verma what do you say?
