Scam or fraud: Kotak Mahindra Bank — Very worst service against complaint

Complaint Details:
My mobile got stolen two months back, then i called customer call to lock it and it is done. Later i got another mobile and asked for unlock my mobile banking but they said to submit written letter to any branch of kotak. i have given them 5.11.2016 in the Dhayari branch meanwhile called to customer care to start the further process in the branch. After that i have received mail that my request processed and closed. But i tried in my mobile it is not unlocked. Same time Dhayari branch person called me and said “for unlocking you should contact customer care”. Then i called customer care and they said”visit the branch”. What to do now??? i understand one thing kotak bank and customer care is not taking responsible to solve the issue at all.
