Visited Kotak Mahindra Bank – Lokhandwala Township, Akurli Road, Kandivali East – Mumbai – 400101 for paying TDS of Rs 59000 for sale on agreement property. Waited for almost 30 Minutes no one entertain me, All executives are just roaming and asking for signing up for Kotak Credit Card.
Everyone was diverting me to one counter where one lady was attending the customer. So met Manager of the branch to ask whether you have only one employee in whole bank branch who is working for Kotak.
He said all other are only sales executives and one lady staff have other access.
Other than one lady one Men sits Opp to manager cabin. Dont know what he does over there?.
Then after 45 Minutes i was diverted to that lady. But she said bank is not able to pay the TDS. and inform me to pay it from my Netbanking Login.
So i Logged in from my ID and ask her to guide me . Then also she was not sure which option to choose from. As per my knowledge to pay the TDS on Sale of Property we need to pay Challan No 280. But she Guided me For Challan no 281 which was wrong.
So want to know why bank branch is open for ??
Just for Depositing the Cash?
Just to drop the cheque ?
Is Kotak Recruiting such staff who dont know how to pay the TDS.
I know more than that Bank Employee.
Want to know from Kotak Side why you have step that bank branch ?
