Dear Sir/madam.
I’m Ummar would like to complaint against Private Bus No.(KL17 B 635),
when i travel During Ambatukavu to Pallimukku this Morning, Above bus driver stoped the journey on ernakulam sauth and condoctor told us we will arrange all of you another bus from here and drop all us in sauth bus stop, immediately bus turned and conductor escaped on the same bus without arrange us another bus, ,
so kindly take it action against them, ,Ummar P
