I am a customer of Dilshukh Nagar branch 2 from last 12 years and have many chits. I have been servicing with very bad experience from last 9 months by branch manager. The biggest challenge is that I lifted one chit in Sept 2017 to deposit the same for 1 year in Kapil chits. Kapil chits executives have deposited the chit very late after 9 months in March-2018 for 3 years where it should be for 1 year. I escalated this issue to Regional Manager of Dilshuk Nagar branch 2 and he mentioned that he is unable to help me and asked me cancel all chits and deposits. So, I requested to cancel the deposit of this chit deposit at least almost a month ago. There is no progress made in this regard so far. I kindly beg your immediate attention to look int his matter on highest priority.
