Has been receiving wrong bills on a/c of meter stop whereas meter is in order. I have been submitting complaints to tibbia college /head office by hand and speed post as also online and on 1916with different readings but not recieved a single line or word from DJB.K No.[protected]. KANWAR SAIN. Pl stop harrasment that too to a senior citizen. Kindly rectify the bills to zero consumption is merely 4-5 units a month. Hope to hear soon.
