I was ordering multiple products on 21st December 2016 night and due to some reason, transaction was failed.
I received message that Rs. 3063.95 INR is deducted from my account. When I saw in Jabong app, the order status was failed.
I have not received any message from either my bank or Jabong that the amount will be returned.
Simply I want my money back.
Please do needful ASAP.
