Scam or fraud: Intex Technologies — Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 not replaced even after 35 days

Complaint Details:
I purchased Intex Aqua Cloud Q11 last month. When I started using it, next day it got some screen issue. I was shock to see I did not even use this phone for 24 hours and it got screen issue. I went to customer care (Okhla Branch)for replacement and they said it can’t be replaced and it will repaired. I said okay please repair it and they give me time of 7 days to repair.
I am continuously calling Intex customer care from last 35 days and they are making fake promised like come after 3 days, 7 days etc. Now after 25 days they said your phone can’t be repaired, it will replaced.
I don’t know why did they take 25 days just to find out it will be replaced. I have been promised several times by customer care that phone will be replaced after 3 days, 4 days etc. I have visited customer care 4 times to get my phone.
There is girl in Customer care named as SONIA, she does not even know how to talk with the customer. She cut the phone without even listening to the problems and every time commits fake promised.
I am frustrated from 35 days that I am chasing these people for my own money and my phone. What kind of service they are providing, what kind of phones they are making, what kind of people they are hiring for customer care.
Seriously, I don’t know what to do now. I have been waiting from last 35 days.
