I am trying to get my split ac repaired(within warranty) since 3 weeks, but no scope. Fed up of calling you guys. The only thing i get to hear is part us being ordered. No technician or senior member ever called me to update. The worst part is how come a PCB of a new AC is faulty ?? Don’t you guys do cold testing before selling products.
